About Me

I’m back, and it feels right…

This is the next chapter for me as an artist, and I welcome you to watch me take a leap of faith back into the field of art. I received my Bachelor’s in Fine Arts from Lesley University College of Art and Design in 2015, and for several years after graduating I exhibited my artwork all around Boston at various types of venues. I also served as the Artistic Co-Director for Boston Flow Productions, a performance troupe dedicated to bringing dance art to the local community.

While I enjoyed doing this work, it was not paying my bills as a young adult, and what started as a bartending gig to pay off college eventually flourished into a restaurant management career. In 2018 I made a very difficult decision to focus my efforts on the career that was paying most and after some time of my art supplies going untouched, I boxed them up and put them away in storage.

Despite losing that career in 2020 due to the pandemic, I still didn’t go back to art, I was hurt and scared with the rest of the world and at that point art scared me just the same. I started a new career, this time working in an office as an Administrator & CSR. It was a good company to work for and it paid well, so again it sucked me in. The art supplies remained in boxes through three separate moves and the idea I had of myself as an artist started to completely fade.

“I used to be an artist,”

I would say, that is until the universe sent me a sign that it was time to leave behind these empty careers and get back to being who I am meant to be. There are few times in my life where I get a gut feeling that completely takes me over, but when I do, I always listen and it has always been right.

So I welcome you to join me and watch my progress as I create new work and emerge as a new artist. I have confidence that I’m where I’m meant to be, doing what I’m meant to do, I just hope you love it as much as I do.
